哈里伯顿的中国区总部设在北京，在深圳蛇口设作业基地，在天津经济技术开发区注册成立了“哈里伯顿（天津）能源服务限”，并与中国海洋石油总共同组建了合资企业“海洋石油—奥帝斯完井服务限”。
哈里伯顿因业务需要，现招聘以下人员：
招聘计划： 现场作业人员20人。
基地：北京- 塘沽 或其他亚太国家
工作地点： 哈里伯顿是一家能源服务，我们现场作业人员的工作地点均为各个石油基地 （包括还是作业以及各陆地油田），可能长期在国内出差；
要求： 机械工程专业， 电气工程专业、机电一体化专业、地质相关专业、资源勘查相关专业的应届本科毕业生；
英语6级，听、说、读、写俱佳；
可熟练使用计算机；
身体健康，愿意从事较艰苦的油田操作工作。
