Dear all各位， 

 

To realize our dream “The best beer company in a better world”, talent is th
e key point. In the next 1 month, we will carry out our Own Your Future Traine
e program recruitment, which aims to attract potential young talents and devel
op them to be in the InBev Leadership Group in 10 to 15 years. We strongly bel
ieve in developing our talents from within and this is one of the channels whe
re we can make this happen.

培训生项目招聘，目的在于吸引有潜力的年轻人才，培养他们，让他们在10-15年间成长成

Who are we looking for? 

要求：

 

• Maximum of 2 years full-time work experience)

 不超过2年的全职工作经验。
• Bachelor degree above education background

 学士学位及以上
• Ambitious, talented and result oriented.

 积极进取，有才能，结果导向
• Fast learner, Strong leadership

 学习能力强，杰出的领导力
• Be able to overcome pressure and frustration by being self driven. 

  自我激励，可以承担压力和挫折
• Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skill

 很强的人际交往和沟通能力
• Problem solving & creative

 解决问题的能力和创造力
• Mobility, must be willing to travel extensively 

 愿意长期出差
• Excellent oral & written English skill. CET-6 or above

 杰出的英语听说读写能力，英语六级或以上
