描述/要求：

Work Location: Bohai Bay

Purpose:

Carry out all process related activities required on Bohai facilities.

Accountabilities and End Results:

Lead other Operators to control and monitor Bohai offshore production facilities to meet HSE and production targets in a safe and timely manner.

Primary Functions:

Lead other Operators to carry out day-to-day operation of the offshore production facilities on site or in Control Room.
Report any abnormal occurrence and take corrective action to ensure safe and continuous production.
Monitor ESD and F&G system to ensure a safe environment.
Assist in ensuring environmental emissions are minimised by controlling and accurately measuring flare and produced water rates and ensuring produced water quality is within Company limits.
Carry out all chemical injection operations as per guidelines and perform routine minor maintenance around the process facilities.
Carry out operation and monitoring of process facilites.
Ensure safe start-up and shutdown of production facilities.
Gather, record and analyse data from process facilities.
Isolate/de-isolate equipment for maintenance purposes.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Assist the Production Foreman to ensure there are suitable and sufficient spare parts and chemicals offshore.
Carry out on-the-job training of other Operators and new employees.
Safely carry out all reasonable duties assigned during any emergency situation.
Stand-in for Production Foreman when required.

Critical Skills:

Understands the purpose and principles of operation of major offshore hydrocarbon production facilities.
Know how to read and interpret P&IDs.
Have basic knowledge of ESP, well completion and reservoir formation.
Good basic hand tool skills.
High level knowledge of good safety practices.
Self motivated.
Good team player.
Must be able to train and lead other Operators.
Good English preferred.
Computer literate.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to Production Supervisor.

ConocoPhillips China Inc. (COPC) is a subsidiary of ConocoPhillips, undertaking oil and gas exploration and production operations in China. In Bohai Bay, COPC is cooperating with China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) in the development of China's largest offshore discovery - Peng Lai (PL) 19-3. The project includes two phases of development. Production from the first phase began in December 2002. Production from the second phase utilizing a floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel is expected to begin in late 2008.
