Internship-United Family Hospitals & Clinics (和睦家医院)

 

 

-Files records daily in appropriate sections, sorts and stores files in proper order.

-Pulls files as needed for review.

-Photocopies files when requested with proper approval.

-Locates the missing files and returns documents to appropriate individuals for proper completion.

-Opens, dates and distributes incoming mail and other documents.

-Maintains files and records in a confidential manner.

-Assists in billing and ensures billing is accomplished in a timely and accurate manner.

-Assists data entry work and helps in the data analysis.

-Performs related work as required.

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities-

Knowledge of medical office procedures. Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric systems. Ability to prioritize and organize work. Good computer skills, good data entry skills, good communication ability. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.

Flexibility and reliability.

 

Minimum Education Requirement-

Higher School

 

Minimum Experience Requirement-

General filling experience preferred.
