招聘职位： Asset Management (IT资产管理)

工作地点：武汉

职位介绍：

Responsibilities:

-Gather and validate IT asset data attributes to enable modification and/or re
gistration of IT assets. 
-Identify IT asset discrepancies and resolve discrepancies relating to items r
eceived 
-Determine shipping discrepancies . 
-Make determination which IT asset registration actions are required and if As
set tagging is needed. 
-Resolve discrepancies relating to items received. 
-Add/update information in system. 
-Conduct research on Assets to perform verification and provide reports from a
sset repositories. 
-Create and/or modify IT asset data attributes in appropriate repositories. 

-Validate requests for modifications of IT asset data attributes which has bee
n discovered in production environment. 
-Support the management of IT asset tracking by modifying data in the asset re
pository and / or registration of IT assets. 

Qualifications/Experience:

Pre-requisites for the position include: 
-Excellent written and spoken English required 
-Skill in use of Excel sheet, such as “vlookup”, “IF”, “FIND”, “SORT”,
 “Pivot table”…
-Experience in the field of I.T. and specifically the ongoing operational mana
gement of assets. 
-Willingness to proactively accept responsibility, drive change and make decis
ions as required 
-Ability to work effectively independently, with little management supervision
. 
-Experience working effectively as part of a geographically-disbursed team 
-Experience implementing process change in a matrixed organization where proce
ss change extends outside of direct organizational structures
-Willing to take night shift
