岗位职责：  
职位要求： Responsibilities: 
? Support supplier / subcontractor for plastic part design (product design, product modification, jig & tooling design and modification, test equipment). 
? Advise marketing and R&D teams from project start-up regarding the possible option to improve products and optimize cost (design specification, material, …). 
? New project follow-up (in close relationship with our R&D teams based in France, in Germany, in US), and our suppliers in order to secure project quality level and schedule. 
? Technical support of our suppliers (process development, quality follow-up and improvement responsibility) to ensure and improve quality standards as well as cost optimization. 

Requirements: 

? Degree in Mechanical Engineering 
? 8~10 years of experience in design of plastic parts (molding, overmolding) for high accuracy demanding products (measurement equipment, laser, etc), 
? Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection parameters, material specifications), 
? Knowledge in tolerance analysis and specifying critical dimension. Strong experience in working with Molding shop (experience in dealing with mold shop a plus). 
? Knowledge of CAD software Solidworks preferred 
? Fluent in Mandarin, Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) 
? Excellent communication skills (Experience working with foreign company a plus)

? 处理供应商/转承包商为塑料部分设计(产品设计，产品修改，夹具/工模的设计和修改，试测器材)。 
? 提供专业忠告和观点给R&D,从关于可能的选择的项目起动合作改进产品和优选费用(设计规格，材料，…)。 
? 新的项目跟进(在与我们的R&D的密切的关系; 
? 根据我们R&D在法国，在德国，在美国)和我们的供应商为了获取项目质量等级和日程表。 
? 保证和改进质量标准的?技术支持我们的供应商(工艺过程开发、质量跟进和改善责任)并且费用优化。 

资格： 
? 机械工程方面, 大学/程度 
? 8~10年经验在塑料零件(造型设计，overmolding)为高精确度要求的产品(测量设备、laser等等)， 
? 丰富知识塑料制造过程(射入参量，原材料明细表) 
? 丰富知识和经验在公差分析和指定重要尺寸。 
? 丰富知识和经验与工模公司工作(有与工模公司工作经验者优先) 
? 有CAD软件, Solidworks知识优先 
? 普通话流利，良好的英语口语及书写能力（6级以上）。 
? 良好的沟通技巧，有外资企业工作经验者优先。（简历必须附中文+英文）

职位要求： Responsibilities: 
Handle the electronic design for measurement and test equipment linked to our products (electronic / optical / mechanical system). 
? Handle the electronic design (concept / layout) for our test and qualification equipment. 
? Realize and debug prototypes / samples. 
? Ensure that designs comply with government and customer specifications and regulations. 
? Track the cost saving / propose alternative circuitry / interface. 

Qualifications: 

? 5 years experience on electronic hardware design, related to machine or equipment application. 
? Familiar with basic electronic circuitry (step motor, DC motor, brushless motor management), IR diode and IR, encoder, CCD camera data acquisition, radio experience a plus. 
? Familiar with Electronic board design to drive mechanical and optical system, as well as data acquisition board. 
? Fluent in Mandarin, Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) 
? Excellent communication skills (experience in working with foreign company a plus).
