Karina服裝有限公司是一家成衣生産與出口企業，成立於1998年，公司位於泰國北欖
府，距離首都曼谷中心區大約20分鐘車程。公司面積約13000平方米，寫字樓有生産，
行政，會計，船務，人事部門，工廠有裁床部門，車間部門，後整包裝部門和品質控制
部門，現有員工一千多人。主要從事針織成衣生産，産品種類有童裝，女裝和男裝，客
戶爲美國的大型服裝零售商和百貨公司等。
隨著社會的不斷進步，服裝生産製造企業需要不斷地更新管理軟體和硬體，公司已經引
入先進生産系統協助生産，對管理軟體的更新離不開管理能力的進步，而人才是管理能
力進步的主體因素。爲了促進公司管理運作的不斷提升，現擬招聘一批管理培訓生，公
司將對其進行系統培訓，然後根據每個人的興趣和能力分配到各個部門從事生産管理或
行政管理工作。

I. Company’s Information
Karina Apparel Company Limited is a garment manufacturer and 
exporter, which established in 1998 and located in Samutprakarn, 
Thailand—about 20 minutes distance from Bangkok, capital of 
Thailand. The company has 13,000 square meters and office includes
production department, administration department, account 
department, import & export department, personnel department; 
production floor separates as cutting section, sewing section, 
finishing section and QC section. Total manpower is more than 
1,000. We produce knitted baby wear, kid wear, Men’s and ladies’
wear to our customers. Our main buyers include famous garment 
retailers and department stores.

With the development of modern society, the garment manufacturer 
requires to upgrade management software and hardware. We have used 
advanced production system to smooth the production operation. The 
progress of management is one aspect of upgrading software and 
excellent management team should play the main role. To promote the 
management and operation of the company, we plan to recruit some 
management trainees. The company will provide systematical training
and then assign to relevant departments as production or 
administration management according to their interesting and 
abilities.
